12 Beauty Products You Need to Start Using in 2015

As you probably know by now, I’m always on the move. From 7 a.m.-9 p.m., my days are run on a strict schedule. With all the stress I’m under, my skin tends to break out and my hair tends to fall out. I’m an Organic freak. Any product that goes on my body or in my body needs to be sulfate free and healthy. It can’t be harmful, have harsh chemicals, or dyes. I spend as much time looking at the back of a bottle for its ingredients as I do waiting in line to purchase them. Every product I buy, I try to make sure it has the least harmful effect on my skin. What’s the point of an anti-aging cream when the ingredients in it cause cancer?

I’m sharing the 12 products that I’ve found are mostly natural, effective, and provide the best results. Let me know what you think!

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Flat Iron Perfector

It’s a straightening mist with Argan oil that you can use to straighten your hair for sleek perfection. The oil locks in moisture and helps protect your hair. This product provides up to 48 hours of smoothness and shine.

The Foreo Luna Mini

This is an amazing silicone exfoliating machine ball that’s gentle on your skin. It deep cleanses your pores and doesn’t need a replacement brush. It’s fully waterproof, has 300 on a full charge battery, and is 30% more hygienic than nylon brushes. It’s really effective and leaves my skin feeling clean, smooth, and clear. You can buy this for $139 at Sephora.

Jergens BB Body Perfecting Skin Cream

Jergens skin cream hydrates, illuminates, firms, and corrects your skin and dark spots. Although the product ad says that you’ll see visible benefits in 5 days, it took my skin about 10-15 days to truly notice the smoothness and shine without everyday application.

Maybelline Pumped Up Colossal Mascara

I’m not big on Mascara because I always have that fear that it’ll clump my eyelashes and then when it dries out I try to wash it; some lashes do fall out. I think that’s everyones worry. However, the few times I do wear Mascara, I wear this product, which adds a lot of clean volume. It’s clump free and comes off easily with a makeup remover wipe. It’s also around $6 at any drugstore.

Sephora Kiss Me Balms

A lot of people have to been using the usual EOS lip balm that’s clear and effective. However, the Kiss Me Balms are lip moisturizers that add color and come in the same portable size.

NuFace mini facial toning device

With this product you’ll get a face lift in five minutes. I know what you’re thinking. I’m in my twenties… why in the world would I be using this product? However, I researched the product and asked a few moms who’ve tried it out about its effectiveness, and it’s really innovative. It’s an anti-aging product that has also been FDA-cleared. See if you can find and test it out at your nearest drug store to see if it works with your skin.

Shea Moisture

BUY ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS!!! I love them. Their all natural, organic, not tested on animals, and recyclable. Their hair therapy products from oils to shampoo and conditioners strengthen hair and leave it shiny. The ‘smooth and repair; scalp weekly therapy’ really helps hair grow back healthy from its roots. The ‘bath, body, and massage oil’ is amazing too. All products are sulfate and color free!

St. Ives Apricot Facial Scrub

I love this because it’s not only made of natural ingredients but really it’s affordable too. The scrub deep cleans and tears away little imperfections.

Freeman Feeling Beautiful Facial Peel-Off Mask

Any of the Freeman peel-off masks work magic. I use their cucumber mask which is as good as a facial. It clarifies and renews my skin. Use this after the St. Ives scrub and your face will be baby fresh and clean.

Simple Products

Their products are made with the purest ingredients. I use their cleansing facial wipes to wipe away my skins dirt, oil, and makeup.

Another great hair products that have different results and uses for each flavor you buy. Their keratin treatments work wonders too. The products are easily available in any drug store or at ogxbeauty.com.

Forever 21 Exfoliating Gloves

I found these gloves at Forever 21, and I will never turn away from them. You can use these in the shower with any scrub to help deep clean your skin! Their only $1.99 in the store and online so get them while you can.

  1. Lovely products! Love the organic spin. I use the Freeman’s peel and it truly cleans out all the excess dirt and oil. Great list!
